Quality and precision are the first priority for Lufft, which shows the certified quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international known standard ISO 9001. Lufft follows this requirements since 1995.
DAkkS accredited Calibration Service
Lufft underlines its claims to high quality by operating its own calibrating laboratory, which is accredited by the German Verifying Authority for Calibration Services DAkkS.

2016: Lufft ranks among the TOP 100 Innovators
Lufft joins Germany's innovation elite - Honored by TOP 100 mentor Ranga Yogeshwar. For the twenty-third time, the TOP 100 - Germanys most innovative companies - are acclaimed. In 2016 we belong to this innovation elite. We previously took part in a demanding, scientific selection process. Innovation management and innovation success were examined.
2015: Mobile Road Sensor MARWIS wins German Industry Prize
Our mobile road / weather sensor MARWIS was honoured with the German Industry Prize 2015. With this the Lufft GmbH left large companies such as Daimler AG, Bosch Rexroth AG or Carl Zeiss MicroImaging GmbH behind.
2014: Lufft is the audience favorite at Global Connect Award 2014
During a solemn prize giving ceremony, we got the audience award at GlobalConnect-Awards. The award was handed over to Lufft by Dr. Nils Schmid, deputy minister of finance and economy of Baden-Wuerttemberg. It honors mid-size businesses, which are active in foreign countries and record outstanding entrepreneurial accomplishments.
2015: Innovation Award of Baden-Wuerttemberg goes to Lufft
The mobile road weather sensor MARWIS also convinced the jury of the Innovation Award of the German federal state Baden-Wuerttemberg, also known as Dr.-Rudolph-Eberle-Prize. They chose the winners in terms of the criteria technical progress, business performance and sustainable economic success. Especially in our highly innovative region, this makes us extraordinary proud.
2015: MARWIS among Prism Award Finalists
With the Prism Award the best opto-electronic innovations of the year have been honored. Referred to as the “Oscar of Photonics”, the PRISM Award counts as the most valuable one in this sector. Of course our new mobile sensor MARWIS entered the race and was quite successful. After all, MARWIS was among the last three nominees and can now call himself a Prism Award Finalist!
2013: Lufft named “Brand of the Century”
G. Lufft GmbH was named a “Brand of the Century” as part of the 10th anniversary edition of the brand lexicon "German Standards". Book publisher Dr. Florian Langenscheidt was on hand to give the German Standards Brand Prize to Lufft CEO Klaus Hirzel who expressed his gratitude, especially for the recognition of 130 years of Lufft quality and innovations.
